Your First Look: New Seasons of Lipstick Jungle and Knight Rider on Hulu

September 17th, 2008 by Rebecca Harper Editor

When we last saw the divas of Lipstick Jungle, Nico was giving up her boy toy in order to mend things with her ill husband, while Victory was heartbroken when she tried to reconcile with Joe, only to realize he was in bed with another woman. What’s in store for Season 2? In the season premiere, available today on Hulu, a week before it’s broadcast on TV, workaholic film exec Wendy (Brooke Shields) gets an unexpected visitor — her mother, played by Mary Tyler Moore — just as she vows to spend more time at home. Meanwhile, fashion designer Victory hires a publicist (Rosie Perez) to help launch her new flagship store. Miss any of the first season’s drama? With full-length episodes from the first season on Hulu — but only until 2 a.m. tonight — you can have a Lipstick Jungle marathon.

Who else is back this fall? KITT, of course. In the new Knight Rider, the souped-up car doesn’t just talk. It has nanotechnology. Following on the heels of last spring’s made-for-TV movie, the iconic 1980s television classic is back, with the new series on Hulu a week before it’s scheduled to appear on TV. This revved-up KITT features artificial intelligence that can hack into almost any computer, a weapons system that matches that of a jet fighter, and a body that transforms into other vehicles. Though you’ll notice some changes since the movie, the stars — Justin Bruening as Michael Knight’s son and Val Kilmer as the voice of KITT — remain the same. Check out the season premiere.

What’s next? Your first look at the second season premieres of Chuck and Life come to Hulu on Monday, a week before their broadcast debuts. They join the season premieres of some of the biggest names in TV, all available on Hulu next week: House, Heroes, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, The Office and My Name is Earl. Want to know when? You can get the dates from our Fall Premiere Lineup page, where you can also subscribe to your favorite series so you don’t miss an episode all season.

Enjoy,
Rebecca

I love Hulu so much. I am disappointed though that not all the episodes of my favorite shows are on here, although it seems like they used to be (especially for It’s Always Sunny… I can find the old links to them other places but they aren’t available). What should I do?

    Thanks,

    Liz

Are you going to put the rest of Season 2 of Burn Notice out here. I watched the entire first season on Hulu and I am hooked.

  • Service says:

Oh no! I’m going to have to catch up on my House, but I won’t have enough time. And then there’s Heroes too!

I’ll try to get more Fringe in there, but my schedule feels crowded with so much wonderful Hulu :D
